We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment information during beta.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your email to:
- Send insider signal alert emails
- Send weekly performance digest emails
- Send your personal dashboard link when requested
- Notify you of material changes to the service or these Terms
We use analytics data to improve the service. We do not use your data to send targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who Processes Your Data
We share your data with the following services solely to operate InsiderIQ:

4. Data Retention
We retain:

InsiderIQ uses only the cookies set by Google Analytics. These cookies do not identify you personally. No other cookies are set. To opt out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To block cookies: use your browser's privacy settings.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Delete — request that we delete your data
- Correct — request that we fix inaccurate data
- Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Unsubscribe — opt out of all emails at any time

7. California Residents (CPRA)

8. Children
InsiderIQ is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children
9. Security
We store subscriber data in an encrypted database. Email is transmitted via TLS encryption. No internet service is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
10. Changes
We will notify you by email before material changes to this Privacy Policy take effect.
